Terms of Service 1.0 FORUMS AND CHAT 1.1 Users have access to reading the forums, except for private areas. 1.2 Logged in users can post new topics and reply to previous topics. 1.3 You must respect other users in the forum and in the chat. 1.4 All attempts of getting referrals without using referral offers are prohibited in the forums. 2.0 USER ACCOUNTS 2.1 Users may only create one account, member IP's are logged. 2.2 Accounts are not transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. 2.3 Using false account information will result in account suspension. 2.4 Accounts inactive for 65 days or more will be disabled. 3.0 REFERRALS 3.1 Users may refer as many people as they wish, there is no limit. 3.2 All users referrals must have unique IP addresses, email and payment processor accounts. 3.3 Sending unsolicited advertising emails users without prior contact is prohibited. 3.4 Users only earn from directly referred members. 3.5 All referral and affiliate earnings are 1 level deep. 4.0 Advertising Terms 4.1 Your site must NOT close or break the surf frame if advertised in the click links page. 4.2 Your site must NOT be an 'investment surf' or 'HYIP' site. 4.3 Your site must NOT contain pornographic, racist, hate or discriminatory content of any kind. 4.4 Your site must NOT contain any viruses or link to files infected by a virus 4.5 Your site must NOT prompt the user to download or attempt to automatically download anything. 4.6 Your site may not credit users for clicking on paid ads such as BidVertiser or Google Adsense. 4.7 Your site must be written primarily in English (at least 75%). 5.0 Affiliate Program Payments 5.1 All affiliate program payments are made by PayPal, users must give correct payment email. 5.2 Payments are made monthly to all requesting users meeting the $15.00 minimum. 5.3 Payment dates begin each month on the 15th, ending the 20th. 5.4 Payments will not be made to these countries and regions. 6.0 HACKING / CHEATING / ABUSE 6.1 We will not tolerate cheaters or users that attempt to take advantage of the system. 6.2 All links, advertising, payments, offers and sometimes messages are monitored for abuse. 6.3 We reserves the right to suspend, delete, ban and withhold all earnings if you are caught cheating. 7.0 LIABILITY 7.1 We will not be liable for any delays or failures not directly related to our system. 7.2 We reserve the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time. 7.3 We reserve the right to cancel any or all of our services any time. 7.4 We reserves the right to suspend or place your account on hold for any reason.

Privacy Policy Terms 1.) Our members private information will never be sold, traded or shared. 2.) User passwords, emails and other sensitive information are encrypted inour database. 3.) The only time information will be shared is in the event of fraud or if required by law enforcement. 4.) We are not responsible for information you post publicly in the forums or elsewhere on our site.
