About EZReferrals Privacy Policy
This policy explains how EZReferrals treats personal information collected and received when an individual becomes a EZReferrals member. Personal information is information that is personally identifiable like your name, address, birth date, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

This policy applies only to EZReferrals and does not apply to the practices of companies that EZReferrals does not own or control or to people that EZReferrals does not employ or manage. In addition, certain EZReferrals associated companies have their own privacy statements which can be viewed by going to their websites.

General Information
EZReferrals collects personal information such as your name, email address, country you reside in, and age when you register for our services. EZReferrals may also collect other profile data including but not limited to: personal interests, gender, age, education and occupation as optional information, if members choose to complete this information it will then be viewable by others in their public profile. This optional public profile information can be edited or changed by the member at anytime.

Sharing & Selling Of Private Information
EZReferrals will not at anytime share members personal information with any commercial entity or company, nor will we sell or trade members information with any commercial entity or company. Profile information such as members user-names maybe publicly shared throughout the site when shown in "Top Members Lists", in referral lists if they have a referrer and in other areas where the username is needed for the member to interact with the site or community like creating a post in the forums or creating/completing a referral offer.

The only time member information will be shared is by court-order or warrant or in any case a member is suspected in defrauding someone by use of a stolen credit card or payment processor account. In which case we will cooperate with authorities in full in brining scam artists to justice.

EZReferrals Security
EZReferrals member accounts are secured by member-created passwords which are case sensitive and allow both letters and numbers to be used. We utilize IP address logging to keep up with the actions of all logged in or out visitors as well as a email verification monitoring and verification system. EZReferrals takes precautions to insure that member account information is kept private. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of member account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of member information at any time. However, most of the stored member information is in a "hashed" unrecognizable format even if the database were hacked.

Links To Other Sites
EZReferrals is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or the privacy practices or lack thereof privacy practices on other sites. When linking to another site a user should read the privacy policy stated on that site. Our privacy policy only governs information collected on EZReferrals.

Discussion Forums
The EZReferrals discussion forum is publicly displayed; meaning members and non-members can view any discussion. Please keep in mind that any private information that you voluntarily post on a discussion forums will be displayed. For the safety of all EZReferrals members, we would strongly discourage members from posting any personal information about themselves on a discussion forum.

Privacy Policy Changes
EZReferrals reserves the right to make changes to our privacy policy. If changes are made to the privacy policy, the change will be publicly announced in the site announcements sections of the discussion forums to make users aware of the changes that have been made. EZReferrals members are bound by any minor changes to the policy when she or he uses the site after those changes have been posted.
