» Submit Support Contact
Contact support directly regarding your questions or problems!
Most support requests are replied to within 24-72 hours of submission.
» Submit Abuse Reports
Contact support directly regarding abuse by members or staff.
Abuse reports may also be awarded, provided they're truthful; reports can also be made anonymously.
» Support Forums
Quick method of support for minor issues or questions!
Support questions by forum are usually answered within 24-48 hours of submission.
» Indvidual Support Agent
An agent can be assigned to help with a number of things.
Support agents are available Tuesday-Thursday, every other Sunday and Saturday Afternoons (EST).
» Chatroom Support
Staff members are available Monday-Thursday 10AM-4PM (EST) to handle support requests.
The chat should only be used to resolve small issues, never share senbsitive account information publicly.
